I started as a hairstylist, then moved into education and leadership. Different roles, same thread through all of them: people.

As Client Relations Manager at FORD Salon, my job is connection — making sure clients feel genuinely welcomed and our team feels genuinely supported.

Education is still a big part of who I am. I like watching someone, client or teammate, grow into what they’re capable of.

I’ve known Colin for many years and had a front-row seat to how far he’s taken this. Being part of what comes next, together, means a lot to me.
