She leads with a level head and a clear read on what a team needs, not just what a manual says they need.

She has a sharp eye — for style, for a room that’s about to go sideways, for the small thing that’ll make a client’s visit better. Her job is to find the fix before it becomes a problem, for the client and for the team.
