Our Booking Policies
At Ford Salon, we’re dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences. To ensure fairness and efficiency for all our guests, please review our updated booking policies:
Cancellations & No-Shows
48+ hours notice: No charge.
24–48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Less than 24 hours notice or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled service cost will be charged.
Applicable fees will be automatically charged to the credit card on file and must be paid before booking a new appointment.
Appointment Timing
If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals beyond this window may require rescheduling, and the full service fee may still apply. For clients with long, thick hair or those planning significant transformations, kindly inform us in advance so we can allocate sufficient time for your appointment.
Emergencies
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out to our Guest Services Manager. We’ll handle such situations with understanding and care.
